John Michael Stevens

Mr. Stevens is responsible for investor relations and marketing of lending activity at IVPLF. He also handles all financial advisory services to individuals and families at SWM. He has extensive experience both operating and managing investment companies.
Prior to forming SWM and IVPLF, Mr. Stevens founded Service Financial, LLC, recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing financial service companies from 2007 - 2009. He previously served as managing partner of Service Equity, LLC, a private equity firm valued at over $200 million dollars.
Mr. Stevens holds a BS in Economics from Marquette University, Milwaukee Wisconsin and has held numerous professional investment designations that include: Registered Investment Advisor, Series 7, and Series 63.
Joshua Manier

President, Island View Mortgage, Inc. (“IVM”)
Mr. Manier is responsible for underwriting and lending activity for IVPLF, and is a financial advisor at SWM. Originally founded by a CPA and Certified Financial Planner, Island View Mortgage specializes in non-recourse financing and investment alternatives for high net worth individuals. He currently serves as a strategic advisor to a select number of privately held companies.
Mr. Manier holds a BA in Business Finance and a minor in Small Business Management from Bethel University, St. Paul Minnesota. He also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Kaplan Professional Schools lecturing on Federal Mortgage Laws, Real Estate, and Finance and authored the curriculum for their continuing education program on real estate investing within self-directed IRAs. His professional designations include: Mortgage Loan Originator and Limited Real Estate Broker.
Strategic Advisor
Brian Wishne
Master of Architecture
With experience designing both residential and commercial structures, Mr. Wishne serves as strategic advisor to IVPLF for new construction and redesign projects that are proposed for financing. He has previously served as associate professor and chair for the Department of Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Previous projects include services for: The Milwaukee Ballet, Modjeska Theater Company, and Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum.
He holds a BA from Knox College and a Master of Architecture degree from Princeton University. Mr. Wishne is the recipient of seven local and state AIA design awards for architectural work in Cincinnati, Ohio with John C. Senhauser, AIA. The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee awarded him four research grants and his writings have been published in numerous academic and professional venues.
